How does the pouch hold my pet?
A curved zipper opens a window across the chest. Your pet sits in the pouch behind it with their head out. Close the zip partway for a snug fit, keep one hand underneath, and never leave a pet unattended in the pouch.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Please email us first, because for a size issue we can often offer a partial refund so you can keep the hoodie. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund policy.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold on gentle, inside out, zips closed. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Do not iron.
Does it work for cats?
Yes. Calm cats and kittens love it. Some cats like to roam, so let them sniff the pouch first and start with short cuddle sessions.
